As President & CEO of Talentcor, Craig brings a dynamic leadership style and over 18 years of experience in the staffing and retail industries. Craig is well-known for his ability to build solid teams that deliver outstanding results, as well as his in-depth knowledge of both permanent and contingent staffing markets, recruitment process outsourcing, and managed service programs.
Craig holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Calgary and a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.
Having lived in four provinces, Craig considers himself as Canadian as they come. In his spare time, Craig plays competitive tennis and basketball and sits on the board of various youth sports organizations.
Kirsten has over 22 years of recruitment experience around the globe. She has placed candidates in a variety of industries in the UK, Europe, US, UAE, Bermuda, Australia, and Canada. Her knowledge covers executive search, outsourcing, permanent placement, and temporary recruitment. She held the position of recruitment director in the UK and moved to Calgary in 2006 where she initially worked for a global staffing company as a Branch Manager. As Vice President, Western Canada, Kirsten oversees our Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and Winnipeg branches.
Lee is the Vice President, Ontario, with offices in the GTA: Markham, Toronto, Mississauga, and Brampton, in Southwestern Ontario: London, Tillsonburg and Woodstock, and in the Nation’s Capital: Ottawa.
Lee earned a degree in Marketing from York University, which has helped her succeed in various roles in the staffing industry. She has over 21 years of progressive staffing experience including Branch Management, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
Lee is highly involved as an active committee member who helps raise funds for parks and facility improvements in her community. She likes spending time in her garden and skiing during the winter months.
With over 22 years of recruitment experience, Nicola’s ability to strategize and align business priorities for success has given her an opportunity to work in a variety of roles. From a staffing specialist and an on-site manager to a marketing manager and director of operations, her approach to business is multi-faceted.
As Vice President, Operations, Nicola is responsible for developing strategies and operational tactics for Talentcor and Talentcor Professional. Nicola manages the marketing department for Talentcor and DGSI to brand the company as an employer of choice. She also leads the DGSI Enterprise Delivery team to provide top talent to Fortune 500 clients using MSP and VMS tools.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys travelling.
